A class dedicated to implementing fitness and health programs for all ages and abilities! Move Ability classes aim to develop mind-body connection, physical strength, and spirit through movement. Participants will engage in individual and group activities focusing on strength-building, cardiovascular exercises, and fitness education.
Meet Talia!
Hi everyone! My name is Talia, and I’m so excited to be part of this class with you. I’m a certified fitness instructor and love teaching both dance and exercise classes that are all about moving your body, building confidence, and having fun. I’m also a medical student, so I’m really passionate about health and helping people feel their best. I especially love anything that’s upbeat and fun, and I can’t wait to bring that energy into our class together!
