Founder and director of the Friendship Circle of Virginia, Dr. Sarah Kranz-Ciment is a physical therapist and has been a strong advocate for the disability community for more than ten years.
Dana Crow Zedd
Dana brings more than 20 years of event planning experience to Friendship Circle throughout her professional and volunteer work over the years. Dana moved to Richmond in 2004 from Chicago. Her vast experience comes from working in and out of the nonprofit sector. Dana has a passion for helping others and is excited to be back helping Friendship Circle of Virginia.
Kira moved to Richmond in 2001, after attending college at Columbia University. She has as extensive background in philanthropy. She worked for a start-up that brought real-time K-12 instruction to homebound and hospitalized students and with the Virginia March of Dimes as a Mission Mom and volunteer lobbyist. She is the Ambassador Athlete for Team Friendship and has traveled nationally and internationally, promoting the Friendship Circle mission of inclusion through friendship. Kira and her husband, Andrew, are the parents of four children, two of whom are autistic. Kira is thrilled to be part of growing FCVA.
