Autism Society Event: FitAbility Club with Special Olympics & Apex Jiu Jitsu Gym (Ages 16+)

The ASCV is excited to join with Special Olympics and Apex Jiu Jitsu Gym for FitAbility Club! Join us weekly for fitness and fun! Designed for autistic teens and adults ages 16+, these weekly inclusive group workouts will engage each athlete physically and mentally. Each class will begin with a stretch, a series of light exercises, and then games designed to get participants moving. With a regular emphasis on relationship, accessibility, and sustainability, our Fitability Club uses minimal equipment.
